Read Me First!

IMPORTANT! If you are with the following authorizers, please skip step one. If you are unable to connect using the connection file, please call us for support and troubleshooting. The authorizers are:
Chicago International Charter School

Step 1: Install the AOIS Client Software (Citrix Client), if you are using a Macintosh click here, if you are using a PC, please click here and select "Run This Program from its current location", then follow the instructions.

Step 2: Select an authorizer from the drop down list below, and click the "Retrieve Documents" button. Right click the "AOIS Connection File" and select "Save Target As" to save the file to the desktop for continual use.   Close your Browser window and double click the file you just saved.  Please refer to the documentation or the quick reference card for more information.
