AOIS is a school-centric solution and is priced "per school per year". The application runs on servers provided by Corporate Computer, Inc. or owned by you and co-located within our datacenter. In addition, there are various Microsoft licenses for each user of AOIS priced "per user per month". We offer a 3% discount with a 3-year agreement and a 5% discount with a 5-year agreement with an additional 3% or 5% discount if the annual pre-pay option is selected.

	Server management: Corporate Computer managed servers to run AOIS
	Receipt of documents: Receipt of documents for your schools, tagging & electronic filing
	Daily back-up: We do daily back-up of your data
	Daily off-site storage of back-up tapes
	95% guaranteed availability: We guarantee 95% uptime in our agreements. During the past two years, our datacenter has averaged over 99% up time. AOIS will be there when you need it.
	Initial set-up assistance: 80 hours from our staff to help you create your master calendar, identify what documents you will control, file organization examples and design of the document control sheet used by the schools to transmit documents to us.
	Training: We do 'one-to-one' training using WebEx Internet meeting software. We also will do classroom training on-site.
	AOIS Manuals: We provide an AOIS users manual for each user.
	Telephone Support: Most of our clients prefer to call us when they need assistance. We do not charge separately for AOIS support – it is included in the base price.
	Quarterly Reviews: once a quarter we will meet with you (in-person or via teleconference) to review any problems your team is having. We are always looking for ideas and many AOIS improvements have come about because current users have requested enhancements that permit them to do a better job.
