  ROI Cookbook
(File size: 188 KB)

The Return on Investment (ROI) Cookbook provides an easy to follow process for determining return on investment percentage and break-even point for project based activities. ROI justification is divided into three categories:

  • Directly displaceable costs - the best kind of justification
  • Cost avoidance activities - the next best level of justification
  • Improved productivity - the hardest to define kind of justification

The ROI Cookbook contains a thorough explanation of each type and how you gather supporting data to calculate your ROI and break-even. A sample project and Excel™ model is included within the cookbook. This will make is easier for you to use this guide for your projects.

If you prefer to have an outside consultant do the ROI study, please contact Corporate Computer, Inc. and we can arrange to place a qualified analyst on site. This fee-based activity will provide a definitive ROI percentage and break-even point for your project.
