AOIS is a customized Web-based Microsoft™ platform which consists of a series of Microsoft™ Windows Digital Dashboards. Information is delivered to these Digital Dashboards via web parts, which can be integrated with existing systems and databases for viewing, reference and storage. AOIS resides on servers at Corporate Computer's Grand Rapids, Michigan datacenter and is available directly to your staff and schools, or anywhere in the world that has Internet access. Documents and data are delivered using encryption and transmitted via high-speed internet connection. AOIS is managed by powerful servers with SQL Microsoft Server™ technology and a custom-developed, highly efficient optical character recognition technology.
Documents can be incorporated into AOIS as paper documents that can be scanned, as well as electronically by fax or e-mail. Electronically, documents can be provided in Microsoft Word™ and Microsoft Excel™. These documents are tracked based on a predetermined event schedule and can be sorted in a flexible document tree structure. The documents are completely indestructible and available to your staff and schools. Data can be extracted by various methods from these documents to be incorporated into customizable reports using Crystal Viewer™ or any other Microsoft™ compatible reporting tool.
