Server Monitoring and Analysis (SM&A):

Server Monitoring is a Scheduled Monitoring Maintenance Plan that keeps Information Technology Systems running at optimum performance.
-An experienced, qualified technician reads reports and interprets data.
-That data is then put into an SQL database where it can easily understood by the user.
-The technician spends an average of thirty minutes every day collecting, interpreting,
   and reporting the information.
-This is not an automated system that simply requires a program to automatically
report the information. The importance of the data collected combined with the
experienced technician reporting and interpreting the information makes this a
   valuable service.
-The user can access the data from any computer with an internet connection. The data
is displayed in the form of gauges. This emulates a car dashboard display in easy to
read gauges, dials, counters, and alert lights. The 42 checkpoints collected by the
qualified technicians is in the form of graphs.
